What made the company great is the Branch Manager Liz and the Assistant Branch Manager Sharonda. I walked into the Heights Finance office in Arlington Tx off of Little Rd on today(8/22/25). The caring super friendly professional young ladies. My paperwork was ready and we went over them to make sure everything was correct. I was very impressed. The office had a very warm calming effect. Music playing softly. I'm joking laughing and they are too. All to say this I was overwhelmed with their kindness and demeanor.
