I can’t say enough good things about Leslie. I called her stressing about how I was going to pay for some senior expenses that was due by the end of the month! She said don’t stress it’s going to be ok ! She went above and beyond to help me even including saying a little prayer with me ! Leslie and her manager was so kind! I was taking a chance of an offer I received. Never thinking I would get approved. Ms. Karen Forrest (the branch on 18th street) went above and beyond to help me. The process was easier than I thought. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. She was very thorough and made sure I understood everything before signing.
