Hi, I visited the Thompson lane/Nashville location on Sat 8/16/25. I left with a smile on my face. I was offered a loan more than I actually applied for and it was just a few more $’s per month than the amount I was planning so of course I accepted it. I also walked in with a smile. I was greeted with a smile and professionalism. Representatives were quite courteous!

The manager Heather greeted me upon arriving and quickly got me set-up with Rebecca. Both of their knowledge and understanding of the products the company offers as well as basic financial guidance in general truly amazed me.
